Each purchase must be verified by an employee at checkout with the date of the oil change. When all 5 are verified, turn in the completed card for your free oil change. Free Oil Change is worth up to $32.99 (the current price of a regular oil change), so if your oil change costs more than that, the amount you will pay is your total minus the $32.99.
